We help industrial companies penetrate new markets and boost sales through structured outbound marketing strategies, including cold calling, data research, appointment setting, and targeted communication. We act as an extended sales and marketing team for engineering and industrial companies to help them grow their top-line and bottom-line revenue.
Who Can Apply:
MBA (Marketing), BBA (Marketing), or B.Com students
Candidates passionate about B2B marketing, industrial sectors, and sales strategy
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and results-driven
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the lead generation team by researching and identifying potential clients in the manufacturing and services industry
Assist in cold calling, client follow-ups, and setting up appointments for our clients
Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate and relevant information
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
Prepare daily and weekly reports on outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
Learn and support in developing sales scripts and email templates
Help in market research and competitive analysis for engineering sectors
Participate in review meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance sales skills
