Role Description


The Marketing Intern will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting market research, creating content, and analyzing performance data. This role offers hands-on experience across various marketing functions, including digital marketing, social media management, branding, and event coordination.


Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

• Create and schedule social media content (e.g., posts, stories, videos).

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights.

• Help produce marketing materials such as flyers, email newsletters, blog posts, and presentations.

• Support SEO and website content optimization efforts.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and initiatives.

• Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, or campus marketing activities.


Qualifications


Education

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.


Skills & Competencies

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook).

• Experience with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) is a plus.

• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
