Social Media Marketing Manager

About the Role:We’re on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage, grow, and engage communities across platforms. If you understand the nuances of content trends, platform algorithms, and can turn brand messaging into compelling stories—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:Plan, schedule, and manage daily content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.Write engaging captions and strategize for maximum reach and engagement.Coordinate with designers, editors, and clients to bring campaigns to life.Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.Research and stay up to date with the latest trends, reels formats, platform updates, and competitor activities.Respond to DMs, comments, and manage community engagement professionally.Assist in planning influencer collaborations, contests, and hashtag campaigns. Requirements:2–3 years of proven experience in managing brand social media handles.Strong command over Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.Ability to write crisp, witty, and brand-aligned content.Basic understanding of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.A keen eye for visual storytelling and content aesthetics.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Experience working in an agency setup is a plus.
