Performance Marketer

About the Role: We’re looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketer to manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads . The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital ad ecosystems and a proven track record in running lead generation, branding, and shopping campaigns . You’ll play a key role in strategizing, executing, optimizing, and reporting on ad performance for a diverse range of clients and industries. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube). Build and optimize campaigns for objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and e-commerce sales . Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve ROAS and CPL. Write ad copies and coordinate with creative teams for high-performing visuals. Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize bids, creatives, and targeting in real-time. Analyze and interpret campaign data to generate actionable insights and monthly performance reports. Stay updated on the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices in performance marketing. Requirements: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in running Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Proven success in managing lead generation, branding, and e-commerce (shopping) campaigns. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite , and ad reporting dashboards. Knowledge of UTM tagging, pixel setup, and conversion tracking. Ability to manage multiple campaigns across different verticals and budgets. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Nice to Have: Experience with landing page testing tools (e.g. Unbounce, Webflow, Instapage). Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications. Why Join Brandatory?
