The Opportunity: Define the Future of GxP Marketing

ZIPP-AI is a compliance platform transforming GxP compliance in the Life Sciences industry using AI. This is a unique, high-impact role for an ambitious individual to execute our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, building brand awareness and lead generation from the ground up within a highly specialized, global industry.

You will be at the intersection of B2B sales, sophisticated content marketing, and cutting-edge AI technology. This role is a strategic blend of hands-on execution and high-level market analysis.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Authority Generation (Inbound Marketing)

  • Thought Leadership: Assist in researching, drafting, and producing high-density thought leadership articles, industry trend analysis, and Point-of-View (POV) content for the ZIPP-AI website and LinkedIn.
  • Utility Content: Develop practical GxP-focused resources (e.g., checklists, vendor audit questionnaires, infographics) that serve as lead magnets for the Quality professional audience.
  • SEO & Website Management: Support website content optimization (SEO) to ensure high visibility for key terms like "Process Intelligence" and "Inspection Intelligence."

2. Social Engagement & Lead Qualification

  • LinkedIn Strategy: Lead the strategic execution of LinkedIn engagement. This includes:
  • Designing and deploying engaging LinkedIn Polls to drive group discussion and gather market intelligence.
  • Maintaining an active, engaging, and professional LinkedIn Company Page presence.
  • Executing the "Poll > Connect > Pitch" sequence to build a targeted network of Quality professionals.
  • Lead Nurturing: Assist in developing and managing targeted Cold Email Sequences for outbound campaigns.
  • CRM Integration: Gain practical experience integrating lead generation efforts with AI-led CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

3. Market Intelligence & Business Development Support

  • Product Positioning: Ensure consistent and relevant placement of our core offerings—Process Intelligence and Inspection Intelligence —across all internet platforms.
  • Sales Material: Prepare and refine presentation materials, one-pagers, and competitive analyses for the sales team.
  • Channel Strategy: Research and identify potential GxP consulting firms for strategic partnership, assisting in the initial outreach to onboard key channel partners.

Required Skills & Profile

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA (Marketing, Strategy, or Business Analytics focus preferred).
  • Skills: Exceptional written communication skills (English) for professional content creation. High proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Google Analytics).
  • Mindset: Self-starter, data-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
  • Acumen: A strong interest in the SaaS model, B2B sales, and technology/AI.
