Job Description

Location: On-site, Mumbai (Sakinaka)
Experience: 1–2 years in a D2C brand

What You’ll Do?

Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

Plan and execute retention campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and CRM channels.
Design and manage automated flows such as welcome journeys, abandoned cart, post-purchase care, and win-back campaigns.
Ensure consistent, timely, and customer-friendly communication throughout the lifecycle.

Segmentation & Personalization

Segment customers based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement.
Deliver personalized, relevant campaigns that feel human—not spammy.
Continuously refine messaging to improve open rates, CTRs, and repeat purchases.

Collaboration & Content

Work closely with content and design teams to create simple, relatable, on-brand communication.
Maintain brand tone across all retention touchpoints.

Data & Insights

Track performance across CRM tools and retention dashboards.
Analyze campaign performance to improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
Test new ideas and formats to improve engagement and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For?

1–2 years of experience in retention marketing for a D2C brand.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, MoEngage, WebEngage, or similar.
Data comfort—ability to analyze performance and act on insights.
Strong written communication and coordination skills.
