Type: Full-time Location: Work from home Schedule: Monday to Friday Language: English About the Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Retention Marketing Executive to join the team at IncX . In this role, you'll own the operational execution of our retention strategies from writing platform-ready WhatsApp/email/SMS messages to setting up journeys on platforms like Bik.ai . You'll work closely with our Retention Lead (who sets the overall strategy, segmentation, and analytics) to bring lifecycle campaigns, automations, and retention initiatives to life. Key Responsibilities: Message Writing: Translate campaign briefs and journey ideas into clear, brand-aligned WhatsApp/Email/SMS messages. Campaign Execution: Use platforms like Bik.ai deploy journeys (e.g., abandoned cart, post-purchase, repeat nudges, product viewed). Retention Calendar Execution: Help implement the monthly campaign calendar Coordination: Work with the Retention Lead to ensure campaign messages match journey logic, targeting rules, and brand voice. Ideal Candidate: 13 years of experience in D2C retention marketing, CRM, or campaign operations Strong written communication and copywriting skills Strong attention to detail A clear sense of what makes a message convert Ability to work with Google Sheets , trackers, campaign calendars, and templates A learning mindset because we know tools can be taught, but we want someone curious, open, and quick Bonus Points: You've worked with D2C brands in babycare / fashion / health & fitness You've worked with WhatsApp platforms like Bik.ai and marketing automation tools You're curious about lifecycle strategy and want to learn the why behind every nudge Why Join IncX: You'll be part of a nimble team that has built brands, and works with fast-scaling D2C brands.
