About the Role:

Retention Marketing Executive

You'll work closely with our Retention Lead (who sets the overall strategy, segmentation, and analytics) to bring lifecycle campaigns, automations, and retention initiatives to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Message Writing:

  Translate campaign briefs and journey ideas into clear, brand-aligned WhatsApp/Email/SMS messages.

• Campaign Execution:

  Use platforms like

  Bik.ai

  deploy journeys (e.g., abandoned cart, post-purchase, repeat nudges, product viewed).

• Retention Calendar Execution:

  Help implement the monthly campaign calendar

• Coordination:

  Work with the Retention Lead to ensure campaign messages match journey logic, targeting rules, and brand voice.

Ideal Candidate:

• 13 years of experience in D2C retention marketing, CRM, or campaign operations

• Strong written communication and copywriting skills

• Strong attention to detail
• A clear sense of

  what makes a message convert

• Ability to work with

  Google Sheets

  , trackers, campaign calendars, and templates
• A

  learning mindset
