BillCut is on a mission to provide its customers the ability to reduce their bills by shifting to better deals seamlessly by using our platform.


Flagship Product - Our first product is to help customers with revolving credit card

debts shift to a much lower interest rate EMI plan.


About the Role


We are seeking a skilled and creative Retention Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns to promote the company’s brand, products, and services. You will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive user retention and engagement through personalized app marketing strategies.
  • Plan and execute push notification and in-app messaging campaigns to boost user activity and minimize churn.
  • Develop and manage WhatsApp retargeting campaigns to re-engage inactive users and drive repeat actions.
  • Design and optimize email retargeting workflows for user reactivation, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Analyze retention metrics (DAU, MAU, churn rate, cohort performance) and propose actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Coordinate with product and CRM teams to segment users effectively for targeted retention campaigns.
  • Test and refine communication frequency, messaging, and channel mix to enhance customer lifetime value (CLV).


What We’re Looking For


  • A Bachelor's degree is a must.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in Retention Marketing or a similar role. Agency experience will be a plus. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
