Head of Growth – Performance Marketing Location: Delhi (Work From Office) About BillCut: We’re a fast-growing fintech startup helping Indians save smarter. Our first product helps users convert high-interest credit card debt into low-interest EMIs instantly. We’re transforming debt management and driving meaningful financial change. What You’ll Do: •⁠ ⁠Own and manage ₹50L–1Cr monthly budgets across Meta & Google. •⁠ ⁠Build and scale full-funnel digital strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention. •⁠ ⁠Lead performance marketing with a strong data-driven approach using A/B testing and analytics tools. •⁠ ⁠Discover and experiment with new growth channels. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with Product, Tech & Business teams. •⁠ ⁠Report directly to the CMO and work closely with the founding team. What We’re Looking For: •⁠ ⁠5+ years in digital marketing (2+ years leading teams). •⁠ ⁠Proven success in performance marketing, growth hacking, and ROI optimization. •⁠ ⁠Hands-on expertise with Meta, Google Ads, CRM, and analytics tools. •⁠ ⁠Experience in mobile/app marketing is a strong plus. •⁠ ⁠Analytical mindset with focus on CAC, LTV, ROAS. •⁠ ⁠Startup mindset: agile, driven, and impact-focused.
