Growth Hacker (Paid Ads)

As the Head of Growth Performance Marketing at BillCut, you will be responsible for owning and managing monthly budgets across Meta & Google, amounting to 50L1Cr. Your role will involve building and scaling full-funnel digital strategies for acquisition, engagement, and retention. Utilizing a strong data-driven approach, you will lead performance marketing initiatives through A/B testing and analytics tools. Additionally, you will be tasked with exploring and experimenting with new growth channels while collaborating closely with Product, Tech & Business teams. Reporting directly to the CMO and working closely with the founding team are key aspects of this role. We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, growth hacking, and ROI optimization. Hands-on expertise with Meta, Google Ads, CRM, and analytics tools is essential. Experience in mobile/app marketing would be a strong advantage. An analytical mindset focusing on metrics such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS is desired.
