Job Description

Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Analysis:

    Analyze past campaign content and performance to identify insights and improve future campaigns.
  • Retention Copy & Creatives:

    Assist in preparing retention-focused copy and creative assets.
  • Monthly Content Calendar:

    Help plan and maintain the monthly retention content calendar.
  • Vendor Purchase Order:

    Support the process of creating and managing POs with vendor
  • A/B Testing:

    Execute A/B tests on messaging and content to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Content Team:

    Work closely with content creators and copywriters to develop campaign-aligned messaging.
  • Data Analysis & Insights:

    Analyze customer behavior and campaign data to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Campaign Execution:

    Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns across Email, SMS, Notifications, WhatsApp, Chatbots, and Website channels.
  • Customer Segmentation:

    Support segmentation analysis and help design personalized campaigns and communications for different customer groups.
  • Daily BAU & Journey Reporting:

    Track daily campaign performance and prepare journey-specific reports.
  • Performance Analysis:

    Monitor campaign performance metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, ROI, and revenue attribution; provide actionable insights.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Analytical Mindset:

    Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills:

    Good verbal and written communication; able to collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus:

    Passion for understanding customer behavior and enhancing the customer experience.
  • Ownership & Result Orientation:

    Proactive, responsible, and accountable for campaign execution and outcomes.
  • Fast-paced Environment:

    Comfortable working in a dynamic, startup-like environment


Preferred Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, growth, or sales-related roles within a consumer brand or consumer tech company, preferably with exposure to retention marketing or customer lifecycle campaigns.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Clevertap, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
