This role collaborates with buying, marketing, and supply chain teams to develop strategic plans, analyze performance data, and ensure alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, retail experience, and a strategic mindset to support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute seasonal merchandise financial plans by category, region, and channel. Create weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales forecasts to support replenishment and allocation decisions. Analyze historical sales trends, market data, and current performance to influence future planning. Partner with buying and merchandising teams to build balanced assortments aligned with business strategy. Optimize inventory levels across stores and e-commerce to minimize markdowns and maximize sell-through. Lead in-season trading decisions by identifying risks and opportunities early. Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on sales, stock health, and performance vs. plan. Drive the planning calendar and ensure alignment with merchandising and supply chain timeline. Support budgeting and open-to-buy (OTB) management. Show more Show less
