Restaurant Operation Manager

As a Management position at JW Marriott Hotel Pune, your primary responsibility will be to supervise daily restaurant operations in Restaurants/Bars and Room Service areas. You will assist with menu planning, maintain sanitation standards, and support servers and hosts during peak meal periods. Your goal will be to enhance guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance in your designated areas. You will also determine and implement training programs to achieve set objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage employees, ensuring all day-to-day operations run smoothly - Maintain service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service areas - Review staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial goals - Lead the Food and Beverage team by demonstrating exemplary interpersonal and communication skills - Encourage mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members - Identify and address developmental needs of team members through coaching and mentoring - Establish specific goals and plans to prioritize and organize work effectively - Ensure compliance with food & beverage policies, standards, and procedures - Monitor alcohol beverage service in accordance with local laws Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area OR - 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major from an accredited university with 2 years of relevant experience At Marriott International, we prioritize diversity and inclusivity, providing equal opportunities for all.
