Job Description

As an individual overseeing all COCO Outlet operations, your role involves managing service, sales, kitchen, housekeeping, vendor relations, and customer satisfaction to ensure profitability, high operational standards, team performance, and a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage day-to-day operations across various service areas such as the kitchen, service floor, counters, and housekeeping. - Ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Develop and enforce operational policies, hygiene practices, and service protocols. - Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Area Manager, being 60% responsible for all tasks. - Oversee operations in the absence of the Operation Manager, being 60% responsible for all tasks. - Conduct periodic internal audits and present reports to the management team. Your qualifications for this role should include: - Master's Degree in Hotel Management (Preferably in Hospitality Management or Business Administration). - Possess strong leadership skills, multitasking abilities, and proficiency in team management. - Financial understanding encompassing basic P&L management, cost control, and budgeting. - Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English languages. - Tech-savvy with familiarity in using POS systems, MS Excel, and Inventory Software. Please note that this full-time role comes with benefits such as Provident Fund and requires your in-person presence at the work location.,
