Restaurant Operation Manager

As a Food and Beverage Management professional at JW Marriott Hotel Pune, your role will encompass overseeing the daily operations of Restaurants/Bars and Room Service. You will be responsible for maintaining sanitation standards, assisting servers and hosts during peak meal periods, and contributing to menu planning. Your primary goal will be to enhance guest and employee satisfaction while optimizing financial performance within your designated areas of responsibility. Additionally, you will play a key role in identifying training needs, developing plans, and ensuring their successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising and managing employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations - Maintaining service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge, and room service areas - Reviewing staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives - Leading the Food and Beverage team by demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills - Encouraging mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members - Setting specific goals and plans to prioritize and accomplish work efficiently - Ensuring compliance with food & beverage policies, standards, and procedures - Providing exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations and resolving guest issues promptly - Managing and conducting human resource activities such as setting performance standards and providing ongoing training - Analyzing information, solving problems, and recognizing quality products and presentations - Supporting daily shift operations in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications Required: - High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related fields OR - 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or related major with 2 years of experience in relevant areas At JW Marriott, part of Marriott International's luxury portfolio, we are committed to creating an inclusive and diverse work environment where all associates are valued and celebrated.
