Job Description

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, your role will involve overseeing daily operations across one or more restaurant locations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, managing staff performance, and achieving business goals such as revenue growth and cost control. Your key responsibilities will include: - Operational Oversight: Supervising all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. - Team Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and leading front- and back-of-house staff. Conducting regular performance reviews and motivating team members to meet service standards. - Customer Experience: Ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through attentive service, prompt issue resolution, and consistent quality standards. - Financial Management: Monitoring budgets, controlling costs, managing inventory, reducing waste, and maximizing profitability. Analyzing financial reports and implementing action plans for improvement. - Compliance & Safety: Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations. Leading inspections and maintaining appropriate records. - Marketing & Promotions: Collaborating with marketing teams to develop local promotions and drive foot traffic. Monitoring customer feedback and online reviews. - Reporting: Providing regular reports on sales, labor, inventory, and other key performance indicators to senior management. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). - 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management. - Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Strong financial acumen and familiarity with POS and inventory systems. - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) is an advantage.,
