Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Restaurant Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our team in providing exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing restaurants and excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and customer service.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
Train and mentor staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
Foster a positive work environment and resolve conflicts promptly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, particularly hotels and restaurants.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
