The ideal candidate must have expertise in Continental cuisine and a strong knowledge of Chinese, Thai, and other popular international dishes. The role requires passion for food, consistency in quality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide variety of Continental, Chinese, Thai, and international dishes as per restaurant standards. Develop and innovate new recipes and menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting. Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all dishes served. Manage food preparation, portioning, and garnishing for efficient service. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene in the kitchen area. Monitor stock, manage inventory, and coordinate with the purchase team to ensure timely availability of ingredients. Train and guide junior kitchen staff to maintain high standards of cooking and safety. Follow food safety and HACCP standards strictly. Work closely with the Head Chef/Management to execute special menus, events, and promotions. Requirements: Proven experience as a Continental Chef (knowledge of Chinese, Thai & international cuisines is a must). Strong understanding of culinary techniques, flavors, and presentation styles. Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality food consistently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent certification preferred.
