Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth service, manage staff, maintain high-quality food and customer satisfaction, and drive overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations (dining, kitchen, delivery, and takeaway).
• Manage and train staff to maintain excellent service standards.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure a great dining experience.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Manage inventory, stock ordering, and vendor relations.
• Create staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
• Track daily sales, expenses, and prepare performance reports.
• Implement marketing & promotional activities to increase sales.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service.
• Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts quickly.
• Basic knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel/Restaurant Management.
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,088.96 - ₹38,000.00 per month
