Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff management, quality food service, and profitability. The role involves supervising daily activities, maintaining standards, and creating a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service flow

• Maintain food quality, hygiene, and safety standards

• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations

Staff Management

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff

• Motivate the team and maintain discipline and teamwork

• Conduct performance reviews and handle staff issues

Customer Service

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly

• Build good relationships with regular and VIP guests

Financial & Inventory Control

• Manage budgets, sales targets, and cost control

• Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock levels

• Reduce wastage and ensure proper usage of resources

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, security, and vendors

• Prepare daily sales reports and submit to management

• Support events, parties, and special promotions

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality (preferred)

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations

• Experience in handling teams, billing systems, and guest relations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹36,462.38 per month
