Role Overview

The Senior Architect will lead the design and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion. This role requires strong design leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to guide teams through all stages of the project lifecycle — including planning, design development, coordination, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design development, presentation, and detailing for assigned projects.
• Manage multiple projects and design teams simultaneously.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, BOQs, and tender documents.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is achieved.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve on-site design issues.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, by-laws, and sustainability standards.
• Mentor junior architects and interns, fostering a culture of design excellence and collaboration.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for integrated design solutions.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and client presentations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3+years of professional experience, with proven experience in handling large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mixed-use, high-rise residential, or institutional projects.
• Strong design sensibility with an eye for detail and innovation.
• Working knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building certification processes.
• Capability to independently manage projects from concept to handover.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
