Role & responsibilities Analysis of Market, distribution channels, competitive products and services, pricing strategies, sales tracking and market share analysis. Ensure store policies and procedures are adhered to within the region. Compiling and analyzing sales figures. Analyzing the reasons for dissatisfaction of particular customer. Possibly dealing with some major customer. Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets. Area handling such as motivating employees to meet our targets, team handling, MIS reporting to regional manager, business management etc Setting standards and objectives for different stores. Train and mentor the staff when required. Optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency. Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals. Preparing rosters and allocating duties. Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget. Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines. Report to Operation Manager on progress and issues.
