Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and quality control.
  • Supervise commis chefs, junior cooks, and other kitchen staff to maintain high standards of service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Having good Knowledge of Cloud kitchen Operations.

  • Taking care of Store Rating on Zomato and Swiggy dashboard.

  • Proper Implementation of SOP as per the company standard.
  • Taking care of Outlet staff and food quality.
  • Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Company.
  • Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
  • Able to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.

  • Candidate open for travel with in city and outside of the City.
  • Having good Knowledge of Indian and Continental section.
  • Immediate Joiners Preferred.
