Job Description

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure exceptional guest service, efficient staff management, high-quality food and beverage standards, and strong financial performance. The role requires leadership, operational discipline, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction and revenue growth. ### Key Responsibilities **Operations & Guest Experience** * Manage day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth service flow * Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation * Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests professionally * Ensure compliance with FSSAI, health, safety, and hygiene regulations **Team Management** * Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise restaurant staff * Conduct daily briefings and ensure grooming and service standards * Motivate the team to deliver excellent service and meet performance targets * Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and productivity **Financial & Cost Control** * Control food and beverage costs, wastage, and inventory * Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting * Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets * Monitor vendor quality, pricing, and timely procurement **Sales & Marketing Support** * Support promotions, special events, and seasonal menus * Upsell menu items and drive average spend per guest * Coordinate with marketing teams for offers, reviews, and visibility * Build relationships with regular guests and corporate clients **Coordination & Reporting** * Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and management teams * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports * Ensure SOPs are followed consistently across all shifts --- ### Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred) * 3–8 years of experience in restaurant or hotel F&B operations * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills * Good knowledge of food safety standards and service protocols * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
