Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Spicebloom Restaurant in Panipat. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, managing staff, and driving customer satisfaction. The role includes hiring and training new staff, planning and organizing tasks, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Hiring and team management
• Strong Communication skills
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage, preferably North Indian cuisine
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a management role within the restaurant industry is preferred
