Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar role (preferably in branded or multi-outlet restaurants)

Job Summary:

Aminia Restaurant is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Restaurant Manager who has strong knowledge of the local market and excellent language proficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall restaurant operations, staff management, customer satisfaction, sales growth, and cost control while maintaining Aminia’s brand standards and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, service, and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and control food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses
• Minimize food wastage through proper planning, inventory control, and portion management
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure quick resolution
• Implement sales strategies, local promotions, and offers based on local market trends
• Maintain strong relationships with local vendors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports
• Coordinate with the Head Office and support management initiatives

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the local market, customer preferences, and competition
• Proficiency in local language(s) along with Hindi and basic English
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, costing, and inventory management
• Ability to control food wastage and manage costs effectively
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work under pressure and manage shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality
• Experience in managing high-volume restaurants
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
