Company Description Aminia is a renowned restaurant chain in Kolkata, with its first outlet established in 1929. The restaurant specializes in Awadhi cuisine from Uttar Pradesh and has expanded over the years to cater to the growing demand for Mughlai food in the city. Aminia is currently run by its third and fourth generations and has multiple outlets across Kolkata. The restaurant not only focuses on providing delicious food but also promotes art by showcasing works from renowned and emerging artists. Aminia also believes in giving back to the community by supporting NGOs working for the protection and education of disadvantaged children. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Cluster Manager at Aminia. The Cluster Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple outlets in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The day-to-day tasks will include managing and supervising restaurant staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring inventory and supplies, maintaining hygiene standards, and implementing strategies to drive sales and profitability. Qualifications Experience in restaurant management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations Ability to analyze financial reports and manage budgets Customer-focused mindset Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Experience: total work: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
