Restaurant Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including coordinating dining and kitchen activities, as well as handling guest interactions. You will ensure smooth operation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner services across all cuisines, supervise the dining area for cleanliness and ambiance, and ensure table setups adhere to standards. Additionally, you will be in charge of monitoring and maintaining hygiene and food safety standards based on FSSAI guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including dining, kitchen coordination, and guest handling. - Ensure smooth running of breakfast, lunch, and dinner services across all cuisines. - Supervise dining area for cleanliness, ambiance, and table setup as per standard. - Monitor and maintain hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines). Customer Experience: - Ensure excellent guest service, attend to customer complaints promptly and professionally. - Build relationships with repeat customers and manage feedback. - Handle VIP guests, large groups, and special events. Team Management: - Hire, train, and supervise staff including chefs, stewards, and service personnel. - Assign duties, prepare shift schedules, and monitor performance. - Conduct daily briefings and ensure grooming, punctuality, and discipline. Inventory & Vendor Management: - Coordinate with kitchen for stock requirements and ensure timely ordering of raw materials. - Maintain relations with vendors for fresh supplies, quality checks, and price negotiations. - Track inventory usage and minimize wastage. Sales & Revenue: - Work with marketing to promote the restaurant through offers, events, and social media. - Prepare and monitor daily sales reports, P&L, and cost control measures. - Suggest menu pricing strategies in consultation with chefs and owners. Work Environment & Schedule: - Restaurant environment with peak hours during weekends and holidays. - Rotational shifts with flexibility to work long hours as needed. This is a full-time position with benefits that include provided food. The schedule will consist of evening and morning shifts.,
