With a strong presence across North India, Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Telangana and offices in key cities like Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad , this is your chance to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced, and growth-driven environment. Role: Business Manager / Sales Manager Locations: Gurgaon, Noida, Delhi Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard potential DSAs and Channel Partners from the open market. Build and nurture relationships with new and existing partners to achieve business growth. Provide day-to-day operational support to channel partners. Drive monthly sales targets and key business metrics. Who Should Apply? Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills . Prior experience in NBFC, DSA , or mortgage sales ( Home Loans & LAP preferred). Good written and verbal communication skills. Local market knowledge & industry network are a plus. Own conveyance preferred. Fluency in the regional language will be an added advantage.
