Represent SFSL, its values and vision to all prospective customers and present our services Acquire new customers for SFSL, and take accountability in handling their investment portfolios including Lockers and Deposits Meeting Productivity targets as assigned by the Organization on month on month basis. Cross-Sell and Up-Sell to existing clients Ensure that a comprehensive financial need analysis of customers is done & provide the right investment solution based on the analysis. Ensure that MIS/ Reporting Formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis. Maintain customer relations & ensure post sale needs of customers are met. Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures. Organize marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
1. Marketing Calendar Ownership Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, aligning with business objectives, key product launches, and seasonal campaigns. 2. Campaign Planning & Execution Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across ATL (Above the Line), BTL (Below the Line), and digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness. 3. Digital Marketing Leadership Lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content strategy, and email marketing to maximize digital ROI and online presence. 4. ATL & BTL Strategy Execution Strategically plan and execute ATL initiatives (TV, radio, print) and BTL activities (on-ground events, activations, POS materials) tailored for diverse markets. 5. Competitor & Market Analysis Conduct in-depth competitor analysis to benchmark brand performance and identify emerging opportunities; leverage insights to refine marketing strategies and gain market share. 6. Market Expansion & Segmentation Identify and evaluate new market segments and business development opportunities to drive growth and enhance market penetration. 7. Internal & External Communications Own all corporate communications, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across internal stakeholders and external partners, media, and customers. 8. Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning aligned with brand goals. 9. Vendor & Agency Management Identify, onboard, and manage third-party vendors and creative agencies to ensure on-time, on-brand, and on-budget campaign execution. 10. Analytics & Performance Reporting Track and analyze key marketing KPIs, generate actionable insights, and continuously optimize strategies for improved effectiveness and ROI. 11. Marketing Budget Oversight Plan, manage, and monitor the marketing budget to ensure strategic allocation of resources, cost-efficiency, and maximum return on investment.
