Job description The Relationship Manager in ICICI home finance is responsible for achieving sales by managing and executing sales strategies for home loan products. The role requires a strong understanding of housing finance, customer acquisition, and relationship management to drive sales growth. The Relationship Manager will focus on building a pipeline of leads, converting them into sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan process. Roles and responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and other mortgage products. Generate leads through multiple channels including real estate developers, agents, and referrals. Identify prospective customers, assess their financial needs, and present suitable home loan solutions. Actively engage in direct sales activities such as client meetings, property site visits, and networking events. Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, property brokers, and other stakeholders to generate leads.
