Too disappointed with the interview process... Would recommend to not join this company. Had waited for almost 2hrs long and the HR even can't update for the further process. Non-professionalism!

Worst service or ICICI home loan. Guys, if you want to take any home laon, approch to Axis or HDFC. They have very good service and they actually take care of their customers. …

Being one of the main icici home finance branches in mumbai.... I expected it to be more organised and enough with staff to attend the customers. Currently there is only one person addressing to everyone's queries. But the location of this branch is nice... Can be spotted Easily.

Pathetic service ever ....the branch fellow doesnt even want to share their contact no.at all for communication.... I have travelled almost 5 times for small small issues ......Never take a loan from this service at all ......Never expected from icici ever

Worst support system.. Door men doesn't know anything and give false information.. I have issue at the branch went there all the way from Panel to JB nagar HFC office and watchment told me that head office is at DN Nagar.. This is very unethical

This is the worst ever bank institutions i have ever came across no customer support there are so many customers who are struggling daily for their queries the staff is so care less and rude least intrested in any work they don't have any value for a person's time
