WORST & PATHETIC SERVICE EVER. NEVER EXPECTED FROM ICICI. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EVEN FROM THE HIGHER AUTHORITIES. EVEN THERE EXECUTIVES ASKING #chaipani FOR LOAN DISBURSAL.

Had a terrible experience with the JB Nagar branch. They are not open on Saturday at all. Just faking it on Google. Stay away....
