Requirements:

Good communication
Experience in open market and field sales
Full time Graduation only
- should have all 3 years Marksheet (Not allowed: Distance Education, private coaching, or open learning)

Bonus Structure:

Roles and responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets for home loans and other mortgage products.
Generate leads through multiple channels including real estate developers, DSA agents, and referrals, Channel sales
Identify prospective customers, assess their financial needs, and present suitable home loan solutions.
Building and maintaining realationship in the market .
Actively engage in direct sales activities such as client meetings, property site visits, and networking events.
