What to expect: As part of the Sales & BD team, you will be responsible from bringing in & closing new deals, developing strategic Financial or Banking partnerships and alliances to support our growth & brand awareness efforts to increase user acquisition & revenue. An ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing strategic partnerships that help drive growth, service satisfaction and revenues. You would also be responsible for creating new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to close sales. Role Summary: You will play an essential part in our customer acquisition & revenue generation process. We are looking for driven individuals with a knack for sales. You would be responsible for creating new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to close sales. Actively Identify, reach out, develop and manage relationships with senior level external stake holders & industry experts. Assist in formulating strategy to nurture the existing partner network. Engage them proactively to strengthen the business alliance for better outreach to target customers. Mine references through partners/allies. Generate & deliver a %age of overall customer acquisition targets. Serve as key point of contact for several partners. Add value to the Channel partner network by staying ahead of the market curve, by structuring and implementing innovative deals. Actively address complex queries around trade & finance related products. What you’ll be doing: The prime responsibility is to build and maintain relationships with key decision makers from SME firms to originate business. Prospect potential clients using various direct methods, networking, and research. Serve as the key client contact on multiple accounts Desired profile of the candidate Our Checklist: You’re a highly motivated individual with 4-8 years of experience willing to take accountability of key sales deliverables. Strong verbal and written communications skills Good Working knowledge on PowerPoint, Excel, and word. Good understanding of Trade Finance products including and not limited to Factoring (For experienced candidates) Ability to converse in & sell in any regional language would be a plus.
