Position Overview

Sales Executives


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the assigned district.
  • Achieve defined monthly and quarterly sales targets across 

    B2B (industrial, commercial, institutional)

     and 

    B2C (residential)

     segments.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Drive adoption of rooftop solar and large-scale solar projects through consultative selling.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and site visits.
  • Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure seamless execution and timely commissioning.
  • Track market developments, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine go-to-market strategies.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achievement of assigned revenue and sales targets.
  • Volume and value of deals closed within stipulated timelines.
  • Successful execution and client satisfaction on delivered projects.
  • Customer retention and repeat business generation.


Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 

    6 months of proven sales experience

     (renewable energy/solar preferred; field sales in allied sectors acceptable).
  • Demonstrated ability in lead generation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • High self-motivation with the ability to operate independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned district.
  • Working knowledge of solar products and systems will be an advantage (training support provided).


Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed base salary

     with a performance-driven incentive structure.
  • Earning potential up to ₹4,00,000 per month

     based on performance.
