with accredited labs across India to deliver reliable diagnostic solutions, home sample collection,

and seamless digital reporting.

Role Overview

The Regional Manager – Sales will lead, manage, and expand BookMyLabs’ business across the

Ranchi region. The role requires driving revenue growth, building strong medical and channel

partnerships, and managing a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Growth

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with company objectives.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporate clients, and diagnostic

centers.

2. Business Development

- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, channel partners, and B2B

clients.

- Expand network of partner labs and service delivery points in the region.

- Conduct market research to identify potential growth clusters and competitive trends.

3. Team Leadership

- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and field representatives.

- Provide mentorship, performance evaluations, and ongoing coaching.

- Set KPIs and ensure team performance meets targets.

4. Operations & Coordination

- Work closely with operations teams to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor TAT, issue resolution, and service escalations for regional clients.

- Coordinate with marketing teams for regional campaigns, brand outreach, and medical events.

5. Key Account Management

- Maintain long-term relationships with key doctors, institutional clients, and strategic partners.

- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure smooth onboarding & service delivery.

6. Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Business; MBA preferred.

- 5–10 years of sales experience in diagnostics, pathology, medical devices, or healthcare services.

- Strong network within the healthcare fraternity of Ranchi and surrounding regions.

- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and managing sales teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to travel within the region as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
