Job Description

We are looking for a versatile and client-focused Techno-Commercial Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to support our sales and solutioning efforts in the Network Management System (NMS) and Element Management System (EMS) domain. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of networking and software environments, combined with strong business and client engagement skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with prospective clients to gather business requirements and present product capabilities.
Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals in coordination with internal teams.
Act as a liaison between clients and technical/product teams, providing basic technical clarifications and demonstrations.
Coordinate Proof of Concept (PoC) activities and follow-ups to ensure a smooth handover of finalized deals to delivery/project teams.
Analyse market trends and customer feedback to contribute to go-to-market strategies and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.
Support bid management, pricing discussions, and contract finalization to ensure successful project execution.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
Relevant certifications or short-term training in networking or software sales is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in software or IT solutions companies, networking or surveillance, or telecom product/services firms.
Possess strong knowledge of NMS, EMS, and network management systems.
Demonstrate excellent communication and client engagement skills, with the ability to work closely with end-users and system integrators.
Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
