We are hiring dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives for a rapidly growing subscription-based startup in the educational toys and sustainability space. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Conversion Identify and engage with potential customers via calls, email, and social media. Convert inbound leads by understanding user needs. Execute cold calling campaigns to generate new leads. Sales Development Present value propositions clearly, explaining the subscription model. Handle objections, resolve queries, and conduct product walkthroughs. Customer Relationship Management Build long-term customer relationships. Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure post-sale engagement. Promote upgrades like premium subscriptions or special collections. CRM Management & Reporting Maintain detailed sales records in the CRM. Share weekly performance metrics and lead quality feedback. Cross-Team Collaboration Align efforts with the marketing team. Coordinate with customer support for seamless onboarding. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related fields. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM tools. Self-starter with a passion for sustainability or educational products (a plus).
