Job Title: Solar Projects Supervisor & Business Development Executive Location: Karnal, Haryana Company: Zavira India Private Limited | A Leading EPC Provider in Renewable Energy Solutions Position Overview We are seeking a results-driven and proactive professional to join our team as a Solar Projects Supervisor & Business Development Executive . This dual-role position is ideal for individuals who excel in both operational execution and sales. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising solar project installations on-site and driving business growth through client acquisition, field sales, and lead conversion. Key Responsibilities Project Supervision Oversee day-to-day execution of solar projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Coordinate with internal teams, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. Conduct site assessments, manage material flow, and monitor on-site work progress. Ensure adherence to safety, technical, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Provide daily reporting and promptly address any on-site challenges. Sales & Business Development Generate new business opportunities through direct field outreach, cold calls, and local networking. Visit prospective client sites, understand energy needs, and present tailored solar solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to close sales independently. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals. Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies. Candidate Requirements Prior experience in solar energy, EPC projects, or related fields is preferred. Strong background in sales, client servicing, or project execution. Proficient in using CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a field-oriented approach and the ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of solar systems and installation processes (training will be provided, if needed). Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings. Two-wheeler and valid driver’s license preferred. What We Offer Competitive Salary commensurate with experience.
