We currently operate 50+ premium fitness centers across Delhi-NCR with 2 lakh+ sq ft under management and a mission to scale to 2000 gyms globally.

Position Overview

complete business, sales, and operational ownership of 50 WTF Gyms

You’ll directly manage 4 mid-level managers (2 Cluster Managers + 2 Fitness Managers) and oversee their 10 Fitness Managers and ~500 on-ground staff (trainers, FDs, housekeepers).

You are expected to run your region like a business — balancing sales growth, operational excellence, trainer performance, and member satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities (KRAs)



1. Revenue Ownership

  • Drive gym-level P&L with accountability for

    sales, renewals, and PT revenue

    .
  • Ensure

    monthly revenue targets per gym

    and

    34%+ gross margin post-GST

    are consistently met.
  • Plan and monitor

    quarterly sales campaigns

    ,

    local activations

    , and

    offer performance

    .
  • Work closely with the Central Sales & Revenue Intelligence team to deploy offers, AI-driven outreach, and WhatsApp automation.

2. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead a 4-member regional leadership team (2 Cluster + 2 Fitness Managers).
  • Oversee

    10 Fitness Managers

    operating across 50 gyms and ensure alignment with central SOPs.
  • Conduct weekly reviews on gym performance, trainer KPIs, and revenue metrics.
  • Build a high-discipline culture with strong check-in/check-out, attendance, and performance visibility.

3. Operational Excellence

  • Maintain gym uptime, compliance, and service quality across all locations.
  • Implement and enforce SOPs covering

    front-desk operations, trainer discipline, transformation tracking, and member feedback

    .
  • Collaborate with the Facility & Compliance teams to ensure smooth operations, CCTV adherence, and real-time reporting.

4. People Development & Culture

  • Coach cluster and fitness managers to develop strong people-handling and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ensure every trainer and FD is aligned with WTF’s “Discipline + Passion = Success” value system.
  • Lead training interventions in partnership with

    WTF Academy

    for upskilling staff.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Use WTF’s dashboard and analytics tools to monitor gym health, trainer utilization, PT performance, and member lifecycle.
  • Identify low-performing gyms and deploy turnaround strategies within 15 days.
  • Present weekly business insights directly to the CEO.

6. Expansion & Special Projects

  • Support new gym onboarding, takeover planning, and cluster transitions.
  • Collaborate with the central tech team on pilot projects — CRM, Offer Engine, CCTV Compliance, and Guru App integrations.
  • Drive innovation initiatives within the region (e.g., local influencer collaborations, community-building programs).


KPIs & Metrics

The Regional Manager will be measured through a clear set of KPIs focused on both performance and operational excellence. The primary revenue goal is to consistently achieve ₹5 crore in monthly regional revenue, maintaining 100% target attainment across all 50 gyms. Renewal performance will be tracked closely, with a minimum member renewal rate of 80% as the benchmark for retention success. Operational discipline is critical — attendance and SOP adherence must stay above 95% across all clusters to ensure smooth execution. Transformation outcomes are equally important, with a target of at least 10 client transformations per gym per month, demonstrating the brand’s impact on member results. Finally, the manager will also be responsible for supporting new gym launches and regional expansion projects, ensuring each rollout aligns seamlessly with the company’s operational and revenue plans.



Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5–10 years’ experience in

    multi-unit operations, fitness chains, hospitality, or retail leadership

    .
  • Proven ability to manage

    large distributed teams (100+)

    with P&L accountability.
  • Strong communication, data interpretation, and people management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — can operate with ownership, speed, and precision.
  • Bonus if you’ve previously worked with brands like

    Cult.Fit, Anytime Fitness, Gold’s Gym, OYO, or retail chains
