Job Description

Role Summary We’re looking for a Sales Trainer who can ignite the fire in our sales teams and guide them to excellence. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes customer-first thinking , and can translate that into teachable habits, routines, and winning mindsets. You’ll be responsible for training new hires and upskilling existing sales staff —not just in closing deals, but in building lasting relationships through empathy, service, and customer love . 🔑 Key Responsibilities Develop and lead customer-obsession-centric training programs for new and existing sales staff Design and deliver structured content around: How to anticipate customer needs How to listen actively and respond with empathy How to make every customer feel valued Train on sales etiquette, grooming, hospitality, manners , and personalized communication Build mock call and roleplay scenarios where customer challenges are resolved with care and confidence Teach how to turn customer objections into opportunities for delight Help trainees understand the emotional journey of a customer and how WTF Gyms can become their trusted fitness partner Educate staff on our brand story, values , and the meaning behind our service standards Monitor and track individual progress through detailed performance metrics Conduct real-time coaching and intervene when training doesn't convert to performance Instill the mindset of “ one happy member = ten new referrals ” 📊 Customer Obsession KPIs Post-training customer satisfaction scores (NPS) Reduction in customer complaints or churn from trained reps Increase in referrals and upsell conversions Quality of communication on calls and in person (scored via audits) Feedback from customers on hospitality and personalized attention ✅ Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of experience in sales training or direct customer-focused sales roles Deep passion for customer service, psychology, and behavioral sales Strong communication and facilitation skills Experience building engaging content, mock sales labs, and simulations Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze training impact Ability to lead with empathy , inspire confidence, and elevate performance Show more Show less
