Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onboarding training for new sales hires with a structured focus on both inside sales and B2B sales techniques.
• Train sales reps on:
• How to structure a sales pitch for B2B and B2C customers
• Cold calling techniques and tone modulation
• Handling objections and closing deals
• Using CRM tools and sales dialers efficiently
• Deliver practical sessions, including:
• Role plays
• Call simulations
• Real-world sales scenarios
• Provide deep product training to ensure reps can confidently explain features, benefits, and ROI to potential clients.
• Customize training modules for different sales models:
• B2B (Business-to-Business): Longer sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, solution-based selling
• Develop training material: pitch scripts, checklists, product guides, and objection-handling scripts.
• Track trainee progress and support performance ramp-up through feedback and ongoing coaching.
• Coordinate with product and sales leadership to keep training content updated as offerings evolve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in sales or sales training (B2B experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, sales funnel stages, and key account management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal coaching skills.
• Familiarity with sales enablement tools (e.g., CRM systems, lead dialers).
• Ability to motivate and energize individuals and teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,483.52 - ₹40,000.91 per month
