Job Description

Sales Trainer

Exp - 3+ years

Key Responsibilities

*Needs Assessment: Identify training needs and requirements of process.

* Training Design and Development: Create customized training programs, materials, and content for the given processes and procedures.

*Training Delivery: Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.

* Coaching and Mentoring: Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

*Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and develop training programs to support these initiatives.

* Training Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze training metrics, providing regular reports to stakeholders on training effectiveness and ROI.

*Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
*Design training curricula within time and budget constraints*Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)Onboard new salespeople*Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses*Monitor sales objectives and results*Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses*Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)*Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars*Maintain updated records of training material, curriculum, Revenue and costs

Preferred candidate profile

*3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.

*Strong Communication and Facilitation Skills: Ability to engage and motivate learners, convey complex information clearly, and adapt to different learning styles.

*BPO Process Knowledge: In-depth understanding of BPO processes, including customer service, sales, and data entry.

*Training Design and Development Expertise: Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and training evaluation methods.

*Technical Skills: Proficiency in training software, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or LMS platforms.
