Sales Trainer

As a candidate with experience in the steel industrial sector, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for the sales team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps within the sales team and creating clear learning objectives for training programs. - Developing engaging training materials like presentations, guides, videos, and simulations. - Facilitating training sessions through various formats, including workshops, webinars, coaching, and on-the-job training. - Ensuring sales representatives have a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and value propositions. - Training sales teams on effective sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies. - Familiarizing sales teams with relevant sales tools, CRM systems, and technology platforms. - Monitoring the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and key performance indicators. - Collaborating with sales leaders and managers to continuously improve training content. - Maintaining records of training activities and generating reports to track the impact of training programs on sales performance. - Working closely with sales managers, HR, and other departments to align training initiatives with business goals. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: MBA, BBA, or any other degree. - Experience: 2 to 7 years in a relevant field. - Communication Skills: Proficiency in English.
