Sales Trainer

As a Training Specialist at NIIT, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training sessions to ensure a clear understanding among trainees. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering training sessions based on designed content to facilitate comprehensive learning. - Developing and enhancing training content to align with business requirements. - Understanding market dynamics and product offerings to effectively train participants on applying the sales model. - Designing customized training modules in response to evolving business needs. - Driving improvements in learners" sales productivity through targeted training interventions. - Ensuring high levels of learning effectiveness across the target audience. - Implementing effective reinforcement strategies to sustain learning outcomes. - Conducting training on productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and other relevant platforms. - Preparing and maintaining training reports, dashboards, and key data relevant to the business unit. - Demonstrating working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and utilizing them effectively. - Conducting call audits for advisors and providing constructive coaching and feedback. - Offering one-on-one coaching sessions for advisors based on business needs. - Conducting refresher sessions on products, processes, and other topics as per business requirements.
