Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies via cold calls, emails, and outreach campaigns.
• Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making potential.
• Maintain and manage CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
• Schedule calls, meetings for the sales team and send product samples to the client.
• Coordinate and participate in client calls to understand requirements and present tailored product solutions.
• Prepare and send sales proposals, product datasheets, pricing quotes, and other documentation.
• Serve as the liaison between prospects and internal technical/product teams for complex queries.
• Assist in pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract drafting in alignment with internal policies.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to customer success or support team’s post-closure.
• Generate and analyse weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, and conversion rates.
• Support sales team in achieving targets and optimizing the end-to-end sales workflow.

Key Requirements:

• HSC, Diploma, Graduate.
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales coordination, business development, or inside sales preferably in a product-based company.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles,
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Industry Preference: Transformers, Tubes, Oil & Gas, Polymers, Motors, or any heavy industrial product manufacturing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,660.18 - ₹31,667.69 per month
