About Us: Highcrest Trading is a premium FMCG company originating from the hills of Idukki. We manufacture and market high-quality natural products, including our flagship tea brand KeralaChai, KappiCoffee, and ElaichiGold spices. We are currently expanding our footprint across Kerala and looking for a dedicated team member to support our growth.

Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Female Sales Coordinator to manage our sales leads and assist in building our distributor network. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between our management and potential partners, ensuring leads are followed up effectively and deals are closed. This role requires a mix of office-based coordination and field travel to meet clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Actively follow up on sales leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
• Distributor Appointment: Communicate with potential distributors and wholesalers to explain our product range and dealership terms.
• Travel & Meetings: Travel to various locations (as required) to meet prospective distributors, present product samples, and finalize agreements.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by scheduling meetings, preparing quotations, and maintaining customer databases.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners to ensure repeat business and smooth operations.

Key Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Experience: Previous experience in Sales Coordination, Tele-sales, or Business Development (FMCG experience is a plus).
• Travel: Must be willing to travel within Kerala for client meetings and distributor visits.
• Communication: Excellent fluency in Malayalam and good working knowledge of English.
• Skills: Strong persuasion skills, confidence in speaking to business owners, and basic computer knowledge (Excel/Word).
