Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Hardware and Network Engineer with experience in on-site support and field service operations. The role involves visiting client locations, diagnosing and resolving hardware issues directly on devices, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely technical support. Key Responsibilities: Visit client/customer locations to troubleshoot and resolve IT hardware and network issues on-site. Install, configure, and repair desktop PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, routers, switches, and other IT equipment. Perform on-device diagnostics and repairs (e.g., motherboard issues, RAM/HDD replacement, connectivity faults). Provide first-level and second-level support for network and hardware-related issues. Handle customer calls and service requests, ensuring prompt field response and resolution. Set up and maintain local network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) at client premises. Document each service call and update technical logs or CRM systems. Ensure tools and spare parts are available for on-site support tasks. Provide training or guidance to end users, if required. Maintain high levels of professionalism and communication with clients during field visits. Coordinate with back-office or senior technical teams for complex escalations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven field experience in IT hardware troubleshooting and network support.
